Advanced scrambling courses

This scramble-tastic 4-day course, based in Snowdonia, will give you all the skills to take your adventures to the higher scrambling grades, which sit firmly on the borderline between scrambling and easy grade rock climbing.  As well as experiencing some of the best mountain scrambles on the planet, we also equip you with all the skills and techniques needed to safely ascend grade 2 and 3 routes.

Route choice, weather considerations, equipment selection, gear placement, rope skills, belaying, movement skills and navigation will all be covered as well as a host of other useful information to get you off the beaten track for years to come.  Ideal for those with previous experience on grade 1 scrambles and solid general hillwalking skills – oh yes, and a good level of fitness as we will cover plenty of ground!
