A brand new Friday. A brand new Friendly Friday Giveaway.

10th Jan 2014

Another Friday and another amazing Peak Mountaineering Friendly Friday Giveaway.  What a great way to start the weekend......

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is an international film competition and annual presentation of short films and documentaries about mountain culture, sports, and the environment. The festival was launched in 1976 and is held every autumn in Banff, Alberta.  Unfortunately, for some of us, Banff is a very long way to travel even for such a prestigious event.  Luckily, after the festival ends, a selection of the best films go on a world tour which currently visits over 40 countries and reaches more than 300,000 audience members.

Even better, for the fifth year running, the tour is returning to the UK and Ireland between January and May. Each event is both a fantastic celebration of adventure and mountain culture along with providing a brilliant social event……and this year some lucky Peak Mountaineers can go for FREE!

We are absolutely delighted that the festival organisers have offered us 2 pairs of tickets that can be used at 50 screenings in 36 locations (we’ve listed the dates and locations below)......and with that much choice it should be simple to find a date and venue to suit everyone!

The 2014 line up and trailer are detailed on our blog (which you can view here) and the variety and quality on offer should whet your appetite for a truly inspirational evening.

To enter this giveaway all you need to do to is to email us the answer to the simple question below via our contact form.

Question: How many countries will this year’s Banff World Tour be visiting?

It should only take a minute to complete your entry and then you and a friend could be enjoying the most inspiring adventure films on the planet.  Good Luck.
