Climbing Taster Day
We can say, without hesitation, that we are based in the very best place anywhere to try climbing for the first time. Beautiful countryside, accessible climbing venues and thousands of beginner friendly climbs - we really do have it all.
Peak Mountaineering are thrilled to have introduced thousands of people to this fantastic sport and here's your very own chance to try - a taster day to have a go, see what all the fuss is about and decide if climbing is a sport you'd like to do more of (you will!).
Our taster days are based on one of the fantastic gritstone crags of the central Peak District. We'll meet in a central location then head out for a fun, friendly and action packed adventure of a day. We provide all the technical equipment, we provide an experienced, qualified and friendly instructor, we provide the local knowledge - infact all you need to provide is a sense of adventure and you're good to go.
